These Terms of Service govern your use of ottawadeckingsolutions.ca and any consultation, estimate or work you request from Ottawa Decking Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this site or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

What we do

We design and build residential and commercial outdoor projects across the Ottawa area — decks, fences, interlock and stonework, and outdoor structures such as pergolas, outdoor kitchens, pool cabanas and garages. Every project is designed in 3D before construction begins.

Quotes and estimates

Any prices, timelines or designs shown on this site or given before an on-site assessment are estimates for general guidance only. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in a written quote after we assess your property, and are subject to a signed agreement.

Financing

Any financing figures shown on this site (for example, a sample monthly payment) are illustrative only and are not an offer of credit. Financing is arranged through our third-party partner, iFinance, and any credit is subject to their approval and their terms, not ours.

Workmanship warranty

We stand behind our work with a written workmanship warranty. The exact coverage and duration are set out in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials (such as composite decking or pavers) are provided by the manufacturer.

Using this website

The content on this site — including text, photography of our completed projects, and 3D designs — belongs to Ottawa Decking Solutions and may not be copied or reused without permission. Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under a signed project agreement or under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
