All four of our materials (wood, composite, vinyl, and iron/aluminium) can hold up well here when they are built and installed properly for Ottawa's freeze-thaw cycles. If your project needs a City of Ottawa permit, we handle the permit drawings and bylaw setbacks as part of the build.

Yes, gates are part of the design from the start. We build them to match your fence material and colour, size them for people, mowers, or wider access, and fit proper hinges and latches. For pool enclosures the gate is designed to be self-closing and self-latching so it meets pool-code.
Timelines depend on the length of the run, the material, ground conditions, and whether a permit is needed, so we give you a realistic schedule once the design is approved. We offer a written workmanship warranty, with the exact terms set out in your signed project agreement. As a family-owned, licensed and insured Ottawa company, we serve Kanata, Barrhaven, Orleans, Nepean, Stittsville, and Gloucester, and financing is available through our third-party partner iFinance if you want to spread the cost.
